Help....need opinions.....

Forgive the detail.

I have been a heavy potsmoker for 5 years almost all day every day. I went to jail for 19 days and when I got out I was drug tested. I tested positive. They told me as long as my levels went down, as they randomly tested me, I would not get in trouble. 4 days after that test, I smoked four hits of pot. 24 days later (today) I tested again, and came up positive. Do you think my levels will show lower? or higher from those 4 hits. I imagine even without having smoked those 4 hits, I would have tested positive for a few months due to how much I smoked. Bottom line, any chance my levels will show lower?

The testing company (probation) called me back and told me that the lab confirmed I had diluted my urine with something. I told her I peed right in front of you, what do you mean. She says you used a product to dilute it. I did not!!!! My levels were lower though. I had to rush in at that moment and give them another test....
