I just got a Digi-Vapor 100 and despite what I've heard it works wonderfully so far. But I can't figure out how to use the hands free piece, and the instructions are shit so someone please explain!!

The whip/bowl should fit onto the heater cover (heat output) and just sit there until you remove it. Most hands free whip units have ground glass on the whip connection and the heater cover (glass is slightly rough and frosty looking instead of clear). The two ground glass pieces provide a fairly tight and secure fit. Even if you don't have ground glass connections, the whip should stay in place because of the downward angle of the heater cover. Of course, this angle also tends to spill the bowl contents out if you're not careful to pack it just right. An easy answer to this issue is to prop up the rear end of the vape so the angle isn't as severe. Also, be careful that your herb doesn't vaporize somewhat from ambient heat. The longer your whip is connected to the heater cover, the more ambient heat there'll be.

I try to rotate my bowl midway through the vape. Hands-free means one hand free. Non-hands-free means you have to put the whip on the heating element for every hit. Hands free is more like a hookah
