i am trying to start an indoor grow room but i don't know how to go about cooling it.
are there ventilation fans or special air conditioners that would help with this?

Read link in my siggy. Yes. You may need BOTH an exhaust and an a/c depending on where you live and if you have a nice cool place to intake air from.
When you buy your LIGHT, ask the guy at the grow shop to recommend the correct size BLOWER to exhaust it. An air-cooled hood is worth its weight in dankies. The light, hood, and exhaust should be considered a single unit- a lot of people struggle with this at first and suffer high temps and the associated ills as a result.
Read Rhizome's sticky about growroom setup.

cant recommend anything without information. it depends on how much room you have, how much power you can use, how much money you have

The ones that would fit IN a cabinet would not only take up the whole cabinet, but they would also add heat to the outside of the cabinet- basically just moving it around- and you still have to exhaust heat/humidity, so no, that's not how to do it.
You need to air condition the ROOM that the cab is in, and run correct intake/active exhaust.
