My tap water has a PH of about 8.4 which I need to lower.

Any suggestions on what is best and ideally what is the best # I'm shooting for.

Suggestions appreciated.

Add your fertilizer first. Then see what the pH is after that. You want the RUNOFF of your soil to be around 6.6, so adjust your fert solution to give you correct runoff. Oh, and you need pH down which is H3PO4.
