Man, that's extremely difficult to read! Maybe think of just starting certain words with a capital letter, and throwing a few commas and periods into the mix. That'll make things MUCH easier to follow w/out the acquisition of a headache.
As for your plant, there are several things that can cause a plant to droop... over/underwatering are two big ones. I've heard that rainwater isn't particularly good to use on potted plants due to problems with pH, and other impurities and pollutants that the rain droplets pick up while falling through the sky. If your soil stays really damp after watering, you may want to think about transplanting into some fresh soil with about 30% extra perlite added to the mix. This'll help enhance drainage.
There are other potential problems that can cause leaves to droop. So if you want a more accurate answer, fill this out to the best of your ability: Troubleshooting form (http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/127058-troubleshooting-form-yay-you-know-you-wanted-one.html)

Definately looks like over watering to me. I'd also stick with tap water. Contains minerals the plants need. Also check your ph. IMHO that ph in your growing medium will answer most questions.

I think there's an entire list..........says he's got 500w on one plant..what kind of light and how close?
Miracle grow soil? Already not good.
Using rainwater to water it? Ewwwwww not to mention no calcium/magnesium etc
Overwatering and poor drainage.
I'd be droopy too.
Edit:.....I agree with Mr C.......punctuation and proper capitlization are your friend.
