I was recently reintroduced to Ren & Stimpy. Such a hilarious show! I never really realized it wasn't just a kids show. What are some other old cartoons that can still be watched today as an adult? I'm an avid media collector, I've got almost 1TB in TV and movies alone, so I've got all the current cartoons. Any other John Kirkfalusi (Creator of Ren & Stimpy) fans?

Thanks for the Tijuana Toads, that seems like what I am talking about. I'm not such a big fan of spongebob, but I can watch it. I couldn't find anything on The Mighty superhereos though. Does anyone know the name of the jetsons cartoons John Kircfalusi made? I have one episode of "Ranger Smith" from him but can't find any others, anyone know where to find them?

I grew up watching Ren & Stimpy, and now I've got my little boy watching it. Another one of my favorites: Family Guy. That show is the pinnacle of awesome! I heard that the Spongebob movie is completely whacked out, and apparently seemed to have been written with stoners in mind. I think I heard that from StinkyAttic, so I have little doubt that it's true.

maybe some "Drawn Together"?

I bought the first season of this before I ever even saw an episode of it. I just read the back cover, and figured it would be interesting. Interesting it was... that show is royally twisted! Dunno if I'm all that interested in seeing what happened after Season 1, though. I think I've had my fill of it. :D

Hey thanks for the responses! Ed,ed and eddy is something I'm gonna try and get. I already have the complete series of Family Guy, The Simpsons, Futurama, American Dad, Drawn Together, South Park, King of the Hill, Ren & Stimpy, and thats all I can think of off the top of my head. I'll try the spongebob movie, but the show kind of annoys me. And Mr.Clandestine seasons 2 and 3 of drawn together are better than the first IMO.

Yea Spike TV brought Ren & Stimpy back in 2003, it only lasted three episodes before being canceled. Also a lot of people don't know, the creator and voice of Ren, John Kirkfalusi, was fired by Nickelodeon in 1992 , three years after the show started airing. Then Nickelodeon produced the show themselves and the show would never be the same again. I don't know why but all these damn producers don't like John Ks style. John K is working on finishing the series on DVD so I really hope that works out.

EDIT: Also I just got "Clone High" never saw it one TV only lasted one season on MTV. Its actually hilarious I am defiantly a fan and recommend this show to anyone! I am working on getting the complete series of Beavis & Butthead, thanks for that one I totally forgot about them.

For anyone who is looking to get some cartoons I recommend getting Cow & Chicken, I am Weasel, Dexter's Laboratory, Courage the Cowardly Dog, and Rocko's Modern Life. Im only 19 so I was watching those growing up, and they're not very childish.
