How well does cannabis grow on a hillside?

The soil looks good, this will be my first outdoor grow. I was just wondering b/c it is a great spot for sun on this hill side, along a pipeline, up in the mountains. I was just wondering if any of ya's have planted on a hillside, and how you made out.

if it gets morning sun it should work as a good spot. pipeline?....what kind of pipeline?any body going to be doing maintenance or check ups on this pipeline? Could be a security issue.

also when you say 'up in the mountains' whats the elevation, roughly?

well, its up the mountain from town here. prolly only about 1600-1800ft. and no, this is not a pipeline that they work on.

Other growers may get the same idea, make sure your plants are well hidden.

Make sure you place the plants so they face south! The sun rises in the east and sets in the west.That way your assured that they will recieve the most sunlight during the day..
