Fertilizers

i heard u shouldnt give plants any fertilizers when you start planting them but i got this pot mix that says it come with fertilizers in it is that ok to use or should i buy different soil? thanks

how many ferts?.....does it say. "will feed plants up to 3 months"....or something like that.

ive had problems in the past using those types of soils.....if you can get something organic with no added ferts.

ya it says 9 months tho should i still use it??

Put your soil in about a month ahead of time and heavily water it three or more times to try and flush some of those ferts out! Also add perlite just to arrate your soil more for root development.
