i remember reading something about this this is why the outside weed has more potency ,not me saying it ,uvb bulb is what u use for your reptiles or tanning bed.b photons make better thc,er more is what they are saying. just curious if anyone was using this.
i know i want it to be as much like outside as possible inside,so for ten bux cant hurt to try it.
stinky you have an edumacated background do you use this?

Keep your safety in mind. (UVB resistant sunglasses, sunblock) The light from UV lights is harmful to eyes and skin.

No I run them Starting at 4-hour's, Then increase to 6-huor's over a few week's, then back them down to 4-hour's by Finish.
You can get them at Petsmart, or any Pet Store that carry Reptiles.

Ya they might put off UV, but it sound's more like a basting heat lamp. I think that would be way to hot.
The Reptile Glo-Lamp's they put out the radiant UV but not alot of heat:thumbsup::D:pimp:

oh yeah you cant stand there for more than two minutes.
itll heat a hummer quarter panel to about 150 degress in 5 minutes.
i have a big room so i was thinking just put it on the other side of the room. its 1500 watts so i guees ill get the reptile bulb and save a lil energy too.
