UA Test in six days, advice?

Ok, so here's the situation. I have a UA test for my probation officer in six days. I did not expect this test to come so soon and this is the first time I'm being tested by him, my plan was to stop completely while on probation. I last smoked on March 15 and March 16. The test is March 26th. Before those two days I smoked every once in a while. Maybe once a week. But I had not smoked for about a month prior to the 15th and the 16th. For the past two days I've been drinking at least two gallons of water, running close to 7-10 miles and sweating like a maniac. I'm also taking vitamins in the morning and the evening, and have began taking niacin. There is no way I can substitute this test because they stand right behind you for what I hear and I would prefer not to have it come back negative-dilute. So do I have any chance in hell of passing, or should I take a fall down the stairs the day of the test and go to the hospital to postpone the inevitable. Please Help me.

Calm down dude.. worrying is only gonna make u have a heart attack. Drop the Niacin it wont help u pass this test and will only make u uncomfortable. Buy some metamucil and follow the maximum recommended daily dosage. Running and sweating will help u but u don't need to go over excessive on the water. Just keep yourself well hydrated. The only way to know if your clean would be to buy a home drug test. Ebay sells for cheap or u could pick one up at Walgreen's or Walmart. Test yourself in the morning with the first void of the day. Keep following your regimen and read the dilution sticky. Keep us posted and good luck!:thumbsup:

Follow the dilution sticky and stop excersizing 3 days before your test. You will continue to burn fat cells if you do not stop. Eat some fatty foods 2 days before the test. Just relax make sure you drink gatorade instead of water for the dilution the morning of the test. Make sure you piss midstream. Good luck.

Thanks for all the advice guys. I picked up some metamusil and a home test drug kit today. When I took the test just a little bit ago it came back negative so I'm happy about that, but I'm not going to take any chances. I'm going to keep taking the metamusil, vitamins, and drinking water.
