Ok i think i must have the worst luck ever.
I got caught smoking up once b4, with a follow up about being caught with alcohall too. Both in the same week.

I quit both that very day, for 5 months. Now in the beginning of this month i wanted to smoke up one more time. It had been so long, i had just passed my random drug test by parents and everything was good. So i ordered quick fix just in case of another test within the next month. I smoked once last week. And today out of nowhere. My parents went threw my bag while i was sleeping. I woke up and my lighter, grinder, ziggiez, and quick fix bottle all gone.
I talked to my mom who was home at the moment, she started to cry and told me that they gave up and the police will talk to me now, cuz my dad will just give all that stuff to the police. My dad hasent said a word since i have come home. And my mom isnt telling me anything eather. Its so weird because i don't know when im going to get kicked out, or what will happen.

My question for now is that whats the max that could happen if my grinder had some dust of weed in it left over in it. Whats the max the police can do. And also my mom was saying something about getting my friends in trouble as well, and i don't wanna snitch. So can the police go threw my msn and stuff??

How old are you?

If it tests positive for THC well you could get some misdemeanor possession charges. Most misdeamnors can be punishable up to 11 months 29 days in jail and/or fines but the court and the state rather have the money or money with a little jail time or probation. Its about money.

You need to talk to your parents and throw yourself on your sword. You need to quit while you're under their roof it seems and while giving all that stuff to the police may help get you to quit, no good will come out of legal trouble and they need to be made aware of this and that you will quit. They may get an immediate result by giving you up to the police but they will sacrifice your future. You don't need a record because it may affect your future work ability. So what do your parents want? A child who has trouble getting a good paying job and because they have a dead end job this might cause more stress in your life and future and maybe even having a family of your own? Nothing good comes out of getting the cops involved as the way to get someone to quit marijuana.

You need to tell them you'll quit and do everything to quit. Don't make it sound like you're quitting because you live with them and when you move out blah blah blah. Convince them that legal troubles will only ruin your future.

yea, thanks alot man, i was feeling so down because i didn't know what to say to them. I told them i only smoked up once but they don't believe me because i guess they think i used quick fix before to pass the other tests. So i guess i put myself in this situation witch could and should have been avoided.

Anyways thanks for your advice, lets see what happens now
