Best Time to Water????

Well i was just thinking the other day and i was wondering if theres a best time to water your plants, like at the begining of the light cycle, or like the end, or in the middle, or does it not make a difference, i just figured id ask cause every thing can help.

It's best to water when the lights come on. That gives the medium on top a chance to dry a little before it gets dark. You want to avoid excessive moisture laying around after dark.
