I'm wanting to build a flood table or go organic for my up coming grow.

I want to go "Do It Yourself" for my flood table my understanding is it's just a tray or a "table" that fills up with nutrients via pump a few times a day and stays filled for however long... the pump keeps pumping to keep the table filled and then the nutrients drain back into the reservoir.

Anyone got any teks? I wanna keep this as cheap as possible.

hi there im gonna be makking 1 of these tables in 4 weeks time.i found a cheap tray 2 use on ebay. Garland Metre Square Tray 100x100x12cm Hydroponics on eBay, also Hydroponics, Plants Seeds Bulbs, Garden Plants, Home Garden (end time 30-Jun-08 12:30:11 BST) (http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/Garland-Metre-Square-Tray-100x100x12cm-Hydroponics_W0QQitemZ150221596923QQihZ005QQcategor yZ43555QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m15 3.l1262) i do think ill have to make a grid at bottom 2 get the rw of the bottom.probally use some sterdy wire mesh with 25m plastic pipes 2 suport it.so theres load of room 4 the roots and flow of water.the table im just gonna build outa 2x2 .so i can make the res easy to get 2.i also want the res 2 be round so i can run a small pump 2 keep nutrients moving .hope this gives you some ideas
