Hi am new to growing and i think i finally found the lights. Buy 40W T12 Full Spectrum Fluorescent Bulbs Here! (http://www.specialty-lights.com/f40t12.html) But where do i accutly plug the lights into? like a lamp i can't find that anywhere can any one tell me what these bulbs go into? And are the bulbs good choice for my first grow?

T12's aren't very intense lights. Go with T3's, aka Compact Flourescent lights, instead if you want to go with readily available consumer flourescents.

Thanks. I can't find ready ones. There are couple stores i can go to look for lights. Home depo and walmart or online. also where do i plug the base into?

For t-12's you need a 'shop light' from Home DePot.
But in reality, you should be putting t-8 bulbs in it instead of t-12's.

Ok thanks what do you mean in reality? Am not gonna be able to grow with this lights? cuz i can't find shop lights for t-8 and whould it be alot more expensive?

I've seen okay results with T-12s, but you need a lot of them. What's cool about T-12s is that they put off zero heat on the tube itself. The only hot parts are at the two ends of the bulb. That means you can have plants touching the light without any damage. Negatives of using T-12s is that light penetration/intensity sucks. You'd be better off with CFLs, T-5s, or T-8s.

A shop light will accommodate t-8, t-11, or t-12 tubes.
If you want to use your t-12's that's what you need.
