i put two seeds in a small dixie cup and there stems are about 3-4 inches tall now is it time to move outside? How bad does a plat smell when it's time to harvest and dry

open for any tips

Size doesn't really matter to much. I've started 2 inch seedlings, seeds that have just sprouted, and some up to 8 inches tall. Just make sure you use proper care when you transplant. Also i would recomend using a singe cup per seed for a couple reasons.
1, if the roots develop well then you don't run the risk of them tangling.
2, you can just cut the cup way and plant the whole clump of soil saving your seedling stress.
another tip: i've take empty plastic milk jugs and cut them in half. Then cover the seedlings with them when it rains or during high winds or during watering.

thanks for the advice, i moved my two plants into seperate cups there growing nice.
do u know how bad a plant smells? because i'm worried about people smelling it when its mature or drying
