Dehydrator mistake

Man, I just dried the crap out of my crop last night with the dehydrator. I thought it was on the lowest setting 85f and it was on the highest 165f . Great.

I have the driest, dustiest weed on the planet now. SHIT SHIT SHIT.

I hope i didn't ruin it with the dehydrator. The max temp reads 165f, but who knows if that means 165 or higher. At least it didn't look vaporized :-/

I just jarred all of it and threw a fan leaf from the next round into each jar but I'm so bummed right now I can't get over it.

Am I screwed?

I did this once, and it came out OK. The buds were harsh to smoke until they cured for another month. Then they were fine.
You've already done what I would have done. All you can do now is check it often until the moisture equalizes.
And be more careful next time!

I know, I know. I am going to duct tape the dial in the lowest setting before I use it again.

I just vaporized some of it and it is effective, so that is a plus. I couldn't imagine smoking it.

Thank goodness there is some left from last time, and I'll just leave it be for a few days.
