LED lights - cheap

First off id like to apologise for not going through everyones threads in detail, but im a very needy person.

Now, im a bit of a cheap'o to quality.. ie a car that goes a to b (sazuki) is better than a quality a to b (mercedez benz)

But, which of these are 'better for value' & would be 'fine' to grow a SMALL number of plants or just 1 plant at a time. (illegal in my country)

(Mind you, my countries power outlet is 240v)

those panels youre looking at, we refer to as china panels (guess why?). i got one early on, tried to use it to separate a male but it barely kept the top 4" alive after 4 days. thats after fixing the broken wires inside...lol:thumbsup:

I dont know about the 240 conversion but youll have the same issue with both. the procyons have 125W going in and 100W coming out of 56 CREE LEDs, with 25W going to the power inverter.
