Female/Male?

I am new to this but how do you tell male plant from female plant? and if you have a male in with your females what do you do with the male plant? I have three going about 9-10" tall now.... I need to know if I have a male here and what to do Thx....

Shift Thx that helped it is a male:thumbsup: yes I did a search for male but did not come up with anything so I thought I would at least ask... Thx for the info though.... does this also pertain to what they call a hermie?:eek::confused:
