Here iv got a lowryder 2 and its just about to enter its 7th week, although it did take around a week for it to surface from the soil.

Is this ready to harvest as i'm not to sure?

See attached photo.

Thanks

Your pic is too blurry to be sure, but I don't think it's even close.

Looks as if it needs another week or two.

Not even close to harvest time yet.
The gross approximation for harvest is when the hairs are nearly all brown, and production of new white hairs has slowed to almost nothing.
More technically, look at the progression of the trichomes [crystals] as they change from clear to milky to amber, and harvest when 10-20% have turned amber.

don't base a time period on harvest time, base it soley on the color of the tricomes under a magnifying glass and good light. you should harvest when about 80% of the tricomes are a rich amber color

GG23That's way too long for most folks. Unless you want to go to sleep and wake up with a headache.
I never go more than 50% amber, and usually cut it before about 10%.

hair color is irrelevant. trichomes are the only way to tell for sure.
