Hey, I have 3 two 2 week old NL x AK plants that have brown and yellow color on the tips of the leaves. I'm pretty sure the ph is too low since I added half of a 1/4 of a teaspoon of acid loving plant. I don't think I was supposed to give it any Nitrogen the first few weeks. How much lime should I add to my 8 inch pots? My ph tester isnt working so im going on visual.:D

No lime.
FLUSH out your pots immediately with tap water.
You need to wait to fertilize AT ALL until the plants have at least 4 sets of adult leaves on them, and use a correct fertilizer. That stuff is for azaleas, rhododendrons, and camellias, who like their pH SIGNIFICANTLY lower than cannabis.
Seriously... you gotta read before you pop a seed...

If from seed they don't need ferts. yet, but it's awfully hard to grow if you have PH problems.

pH problems are coming from his plant food. I have used that plant food (Miracid or generic equivalent) on my cannabis plants before and observed the results. Hence the recommended flush with tap water, which contains enough dissolved lime in most cases to bring acid pH back within range unless the issue is with the soil itself.
