I'll bet they didn't give you a reciept, and you'd need one. :hippy:

Many clubs do give receipts, not even so much for the clients but so the people upstairs know what business went on that day.

Yes I am serious, why not are you sure!! any non-profit organization you donate too, you can claim on your taxes. remember know all MMJ co-op's / dispenciaries can only run legally as a non-profit organization.
I guess one way to find out for sure, is too get a reciept for your donation. Then claim it on your taxes.I think we can.:D

I was wondering, I deduct ALL MY MEDICAL COSTS IF THEY TOTAL A CERTAIN AMOUNT OF MY INCOME--INCLUDING MEDICATIONS AND IT IS NOT AN ITEMIZED LIST. IF IT IS LEGIT MEDICAL COSTS AND FITS THE CRITERIA (OF WHICH A CPA WOULD KNOW), IT WOULD SEEM YOU COULD DEDUCT IT. NOW IF YOU ARE DONATING TO A "non profit organization" that has the proper paperwork from the state, etc. for non-profit status; it would seem it could be deducted like giving to a church. BUT IF IT IS FOR SERVICES RENDERED--I DOUBT IT! IF YOUR CO-OP IS NON PROFIT AND MEMBERS ONLY USE PRODUCTS WITHOUT SELL. THEY KEEP RECORDS OF COST OF CULTIVATION, ETC--IT WOULD SEEM WITH PROPER NON PROFIT STATUS, THAT WOULD COUNT. BUT YOU NEED A CPA OR SIMPLY CALL THE IRS--THEY SURELY CAN TELL YOU AND WOULD BE DELIGHTED!!! JUST A THOT! SORRY, I THINK THE mr gump thing, i think he thot it was cute. if u were friends, it mite have been! and most of us like to think we are all friends!
