Hi just a quick question. I have 5 clf lighting fixtures and want to know what sort of bulbs (watts/lumens/cool or warm or daylight) i should be using for the veg and flower. Im growing in a 2sq foot grow tent and would like to keep the plants as short and bushy as possible.

Thankyou so much for the help

there is 2 horizontal tube bulbs, 2 compact horizontal tube bulbs and 1 compact phillips power saver (fits all the circular and compact bulbs)

Hmmm...
I'm still not sure what kind of fixtures you have, but...
Using all fluorescent bulbs, you want more than 70 watts per square foot (actual watts, not 'replacement' or 'equivalent' watts).
Daylight bulbs are best for veg.
Warm white are best for flower.
Keep them close to the plant canopy to reduce stretching.
Sativa strains grow taller than Indica strains.

thanks for the advice psteve, also the other option is using a 400w mh light i have but the growtent i have is only 1m high and about 1m wide and 60cm width. Is there a way i can use the mh in the tent without hurting the plant ?
