Ive been given quite a bit of equipment to start a room... The guy who gave it to me said he had a dvd to tell me how to set the room up but has since lost it. Im hoping I some generous soul can help me figure out what Ive got and how to use it.. Im going to add some links of photos Ive taken of the room and equipment I have. in additon to what is in the photos I have a roll of 2ml mylar comming also. I have six bulbs 400 watt, 1-1000 watt, six ballast and six of the basin with the pump in it thing....

free stuff is always good. A few things to keep in mind:
there is no point in running all six ballasts if you need practice. I would do one ballast
until I was successful. Much easier to trouble shoot this way.
are the bulbs used? old/dirty bulbs can definitely make a difference.
make sure the right wattage bulb is mated to each ballast.
definitely research on here about electricity, overloading circuits, how many lights to use per circuit etc...
personally I would use the bigger fan to exhaust the can filter, preferably up into the attic.
