This is my first post in the Conspiracy Forum. I was recently enlightened (I believe), and personally feel that it is more likely that the major, world-altering decisions are not made by NATO or the UN but instead by a group of overly-wealthy, power-hungry, elitists.

What I am hoping for in this post is to see what some of your thoughts are regarding the aledged "Committee of 300", "Illuminati", and other secret societies. I don't know if there will ever be a way to irrefutably prove such societies exist. But I do personally think that it would be horribly naive to think that the elite have no such societies.

It flat-out pisses me off how our freedoms are steadily being yanked just because some politician (or worse) thinks it's in the "best interest of national security". So, I really wanna delve into these secret societies as far as I can, but I'm afraid my lowly efforts will just be fruitless. What do you all think? How could one research a supposed secret society?

R to Ride...What I mean is that our government doesn't really run the country. It's biggest decisions are all made during meetings of these secret societies. The World Trade Center catastrophe was done on purpose by the one of these groups; WWI was pushed for by one of these groups; we entered WWII because F.D. Roosevelt pushed and prodded the Japanese until they decided they weren't gonna take it anymore; Vietnam was a war that was never suppose to be won or lost, but rather just MAINTAINED so that all the wealthy bastards could continue to make million after million off of the slaughter of human life.

I almost forgot, the elite and wealthy bankers of the day caused the Great Depression on purpose, because doing so made them fabulously wealthy. They called for immediate repayment of millions of dollars in loans that were out to banks all over the country. As a result, many of these banks had to close because they couldn't pay it all back, and it was a domino affect after that. But remember, the wealthy bankers got their money back first, so all they had to do was convert it to foreign currency before the dollar collapsed, then buy up everything in sight once the depression was in full swing....helluva plan huh? And since these same bankers rub elbows with all the upper level peeps in the US Gov. nothing ever happened to them.

That's what I mean...lol
