Can you cool lights with ducting useing the underneath of a house if it is up on stones? Just like you would do useing the attic with a fan and ducting etc. but through the ground? it would be cooler in summertime than the attic i think. any input would be great thanks.

I don't see why you couldn't. Be sure to use a filter of some kind as insects etc. will be plentiful.
