Okay.
For the moment, forget that they are mother plants and think of them as vegging plants for simplicity's sake.
In veg, plants want at least 18 hours a day light.
They need a pH around 6.0 in rockwool, and a drip or flood schedule appropriate to their size, the ambient temps and humidity, and the light intensity. If you run CO2, that factors in as well.
They want a fertilizer that is high in nitrogen and has complete micronutrients. The strength you mix the fertilizer at depends how the plants react to it. Start on the low end and work up.
The water source may be tap water in some cases, but in hydro you are safer starting with distilled or RO water and adding calmag plus to it to simulate 'regular' water but cleaner and more predictable.
Check for bugs.

You gotta give more info. Anyone who claims to be able to tell you how to fix your problems without knowing a thing about your setup or what the bugs look like is leading you on a fool's errand.

i dont know what form ur talking about so i guess i will have to give up on the poor tings.
i dont have a cam at the mo, but theres not a chance a regular cam would pick up an image of the bugs as their so tiny. Like i said, tiny crawling dots. Theyre black with clear legs, so they almost look like there 'floating' over the leaves :S

The sticky at the top of the forum section...
General bug killing procedure:
Identify bugs.
Identify correct pseticide to deal with them.
Apply pesticide, CLEAN grow area.
Create conditions that do not allow their return.
if you have no clue what they are, a 'no-pest strip' in your grow box will be a good start.
