Cabinet with Fluoros

I've got a space that is 2-1/2' tall, and 2'wide and deep. Two CFs with a combined 1800 lumens, and two 24" grow lights at 1600 lumens (combined).
I'm growing in soil. What kind of production should I expect? Should I stick with what I got or add more fluoros?
am i wasting my frickin time/money?

you'l do ok if you keep the bulbs less than 6'' away from the tops with a fan going.''''''keep bulbs within 2'' off the start.

You should have a minimum of 3000-4000 lumens per square foot. You must add more cf.

so add more cf, or just more lumens?(in the right spectrum, of course)....

I guess I'm wondering if a grow bulb (i.e. Gro-lux) would work as well if the lumen output is about the same?
