How much Ca/Mg to add as suplemental dose

I would like to know how regularly and how much Ca/Mg to use with my regular General Hydro nutes using RO water. Or should I only spray them with it when they show signs of needing it?

I would stay away from the foliar feeding unless you need to correct an already existing problem. Use Cal-Mag or a similar product at the recommended dosage (5ml per gallon), mixed in with your GH nutrients.
