Schultz plant food 10-15-10, and root simulator & starter solution 5-15-5....please let me know if these nutes are good enough to use...or did i just waste (lil) money..

I've known some that have grown with worse stuff. Though far from ideal you could use the 10-15-10 but use at 1/4 strength. Usually way too strong the way it comes.

what should i us the root simulator for?...what stage? if any

Use the 10-15-10 until you're in flower phaze, then switch to something with a low first number(N).
Use the root growth stimulator only for tiny plants and clones, unless you have a root problem.
