These are my plants. I just messed up and accidently broke/bent about the top 8 inches of my tree. It didnt break completly. It was bent at a 90 degree angle still attached but deff fucked up. Im not sure what to do i cant belive i broke it.

This is what i did. I wrapped the stem with a wet paper towl so that it was straight again. It looks ok. Can plants fix themselves or is it going to die. O ya im about 2 weeks in to the flowering faze too.

A dab of honey in the crack if there is one, a bit of masking tape and a couple toothpicks usually works fine.

I'd definatley lose the wet paper towel as that will probably hinder the plant and possibly create more problems. Put a splint on the stem to keep it straight, a pencil would do. It'll fix it's self up fine. You may even be lucky... people bend the main growing tip of plants and slightly crush the stems on purpose to increase the yield

Oh yeah... don't use wire wound tightly or anything that will cut into the stem as it grows thicker.

Could use a bamboo stake and some twist-ties for support till it heals.

No problem. I use masking tape and then remove it in a couple of days. Hell I've broken, bent, squished and twisted them. Never a problem recovering. Think about the weeds in your yard. You can mangle them & they come back.

ive snapped stems nearly straight off and the way the branch was leaning i could have it leaning against the opposite way of the break (like a hinge where its still connected, still supported upright, even though its broken) in a couple days using no tape or anything the wound healed on its own.

i bet you could snap a stem off completely 100%, tape it back on right afterwords, and it would heal just fine.
