Probation Question

I'm wondering about something. What does it mean when a probation officer states that they will be placing a person on minium supervision requiring only phone calls? Does that mean that there won't be any more random DTs? If someone has been through this can you explain your experience of minium supervision?

I havnt been thru it but I am guessing you wouldnt ahve to take drug tests. I had a really rich friend who was arrested and put on probabtion and he smoked the entire time, never taking a drug test. Maybe you will be as lucky too.

As i've said before, the probation officers where i live really have better things to do. If you're on just a phone call basis with your PO I think you're in the clear. They put you on that because you're the least of their concern.

A word of caution, if you plan on smoking all the time from now on and not staying clean, they could put you back on supervised probation if you violate by having run ins with the law and you can be damn sure dropping you will be one of the first things they do.

I'm pretty sure if they don't tell you they are going to drug test you, they won't. I was on a call drug testing system, but I called every night to see if i had to go in the next day. I would smoke all I wanted if I were you and keep some quick fix around just in case...good luck bro, proby sucks.
