Every time?

Hey. I'm on probation and I went to my second probation meeting today and they drug tested me. It was all good tho cause i've been clean since xmas break. I was just gonna ask do they usually drug test you every time you go in there or will they most likely not drug test me next po meeting? I have 22 days until my next meeting and i was thinkin about gettin a nickel for today as a one time smoke with my buds.

you said it was your second PO meeting, and they drug tested you. Did they DT you in the first meeting? If so I wouldn't try and risk it. :thumbsup: GL though

UA's are really up to the disgression of the PO. I had a PO for 7 months (before she was let go) and was never tested. I have 2 felonies on my record and a misdemeanor. All drug related, intent to sell etc. Yet she did not drop me once. One of my friends who has a different PO in the same county as mine gets tested regularly and he is only in trouble for numerous drinking tickets.

Also, just because your PO doesn't test you for awhile doesn't mean they won't it is really all random. A lot of it depends on how you present yourself as well. When you go in there do not look nervous or strung out and wear some nice clothes. Just look professional and try not to fit the picture of a pot head. Your PO dropping you could hinge simply on the fact that you look like you've been smoking.

My advice would be don't even risk it. Even though it's a small amount and you have a lot of time it really is not worth it. Feel your PO out and see how s/he operates first. You do not want to piss dirty after only being on probation for so few months. It will set the tone for the rest of your experience and just make everything harder on you. Keep pissing clean and don't give him/her a reason to suspect anything and they won't. They honestly have better things to do than test some random guy on the off chance he toked up a few days beforehand
