Hi,
Im after some advise as I have gotten myself into a sticky situation, my neihbour posted a letter through my front door to my flat tonight saying"
Dear neigbour I am sorry to have to complain but the machinery that you have going all night in the flat is driving me mad!
it sounds like a car engine it sounds so loud in my bedroom that I am finding it really hard to sleep I dont mind what you do in the day but at night I am a light sleeper hope this can be rectified. thank you.:D"
To cut a long story short I had a a/c running in the light period from 8pm-8am (the car engine!:smokin:).I only have 2-3 weeks left so I turned the grow off untill 9am then it is set to start back up 9am-9pm do you think this will effect the plants much as I have never changed their cycle so dramatically before please let me know a.s.a.p thankyou

Changing your cooling cycle won't have much of an affect on your plants, just as long as there's not a whole lot of temperature variation. It's nowhere near as detrimental as screwing up the lighting cycle, so don't worry too much about it.

...but I'd keep a close eye on that neighbor, and may think about making attempts to get him back on your good side. Good luck.

Dude, I would consider myself busted if I were you. Photoperiod is your least worry I would say. :(

Only worry if they get less than 12hrs dark period. xtra dark period when changing schedule is no problem.

Sounds like you already talked to her. But if my neighbors ever bring it to my attention about anything that I might have pissed them off or disturbed them in any way (not often btw) I always try and stop/change whatever that was and actually apologize sincerely. Respect goes a long way and especially with neighbors.

Sounds like you fixed it up nice though. Good luck to you.
