So i've decided to buy myself a boxer. Im currently in college and i live with 3 other people, one of them owns a 3 yr old boxer named Bubba i've know since he was a puppy and my other room mate just got a 7 week old boxer named Cody and im about to pick up a 4 or so week old boxer myself but i dont know what to call him. These are the names at the top of my list.
Buster - Dojo - Karma - Rasta - Cable

Its a brown male boxer, im lookin for a unique name thats good for a puppy and evenually a full grown dog. Any ideas you got, post em up!:rastasmoke:

We're getting a Boxer in June.
We were planning to call him Muggles, but we're not sure now.

4 weeks is a bit young to leave the mother- 7-9 weeks is more standard. I'm surprised that the breeder is even letting you take the pup that young. Be certain that this is a reputable breeder- boxers can have hip problems, and the parents should be screened for them. Also, boxers are a high-energy, high-intelligence mastiff breed that can be quite territorial, and keeping a number of them in the same house may bring fights for dominance, especially multiple dogs of the same sex. The rescue organizations usually won't even place 2 dogs of the same sex together. Lots of boxers end up in rescue because their owners didn't realize what a high maintenance breed it is.
I like the names Max, Rex, Chief, etc. for a big regal male boxer. i used to have a female boxer x named Tess who carried herself like a queen, and a couple of my friends referred to her as The Contessa, lol.

We're finally getting our boxer!
We decided to let him have a couple extra weeks with his mom & dad and his brothers & sisters, so he'll be ten weeks when we get him.
His name is...

The first one is Tess, who I lost to cancer last December. The other one is Patsy. They are both Boxer x OEB rescues. Tess was much more leaning to her Boxer side, and was very smart and behaved like a mastiff in all ways. Patsy is just a mushy dopey bulldog who loves everyone.

I like meaningful names, such as Fire. The fun, of course, is when you call your dog.
Other fun names are Dumpster, Rag, and Guzzler, especially when preceded by "Come!".
