65w i assume is a standard-style floodlight, correct? if so, its 95% useless. ditch it and buy a 23-26w DAYLIGHT or COOL WHITE CFL bulb. (the energy saver ones)

the 14w bulb may be a cfl at such low power. even so, replace it with a 23-26w DAYLIGHT as well.

every plant should have 2 CFLs minimum, and 3 would be much better for it. also, keep the cfl bulbs within about 2-4 inches of the plant, so more light will reach the leaves

At least 5,000 lumens for one plant, it may not be that big or bushy but it will grow and produce, 4 26 watt 6500k bulbs for veg and use 4 42 watt 2700k bulbs for flower. To grow big, even a little big ;) go with 6-8 bulbs for veg and flower, the more light the better !
