about a week ago i chopped over this plant (sativa) and hung it to dry.

tommorow will be the dqay of its trimming and storing to cure. I will measure the budmass at that point,, but anted any ideas of what to expect.

As you can see, its about 3'1 and a nice thick cola.

I guessed about 35-40g at harvest, but after drying a small bud that i had predicted as being 2g, it turned out less than one... :(

i have no idea what it is until i trim and scale it tommorow. shes a pretty one though, my quickdried sample revealed pretty red hairs!

Keep in mind that some strains will have a low yield no matter what you do. There are several "exotic" strains that pack a big punch but grow just like the pic he has.

They tend to be more rare because they have very little commercial value (due to the yield)... but those with the genetics are truly blessed.

well, i plan to grow about 5 of em at once nest time anyways.

You should weigh it up when u trim it and then once its dry weigh it up again and see how much u got..
I think you'll have about a ounce maby more or less once dry...

just a weak attempt at concealing my identity....lol

im hoping to trim much of it this weekend at my cottage, so ill be posting updates on monday i hope.

well, my friend (it was his seed, he vegged it, and i did the 2 months flower with a 600w hps) is a prick and trimmed it without me being there.

however, of 2 branches i did trim (roughly half way up), i pulled around 2g.

according to my friend, that would make the plants total bud yield approximately 20g, plus 3g of supershake (no fan leaves or stem). however, this is a stupidly dry mass, and will probably add 1-2g with a bit of orange peel in the jar.

so now ve got about 10g to tide me roughly 2 months until my current seed crop finishes for another 15-25g of HEAVILY seeded buds. i figure im gonna be a little on the dry side for the next 2-3 months until i start pushing 3-8 plant crops

haha I know it looks crazey though good job, did you use paint or do you have a mac?

paint. (in xp). paintbrush worked funny, so i realized that the spraycan does a nicer "hazey" effect
