Here's a few things you might want to add, which were pulled off the Troubleshooting Form (http://boards.cannabis.com/plant-problems/127058-troubleshooting-form-yay-you-know-you-wanted-one.html):

-soil, soilless, or hydroponic
-specific medium
-Soil type/brand
-Hydro/aero/soilless system type
-Anything you have added to the soil
-Soil pH
-Water source
-Water pH
-Type of fertilizer
-Rate of application
-Lighting source and distance from plant
-Temperature (both day and night if you are running a dark period)
-% Relative humidity
-Lighting schedule
-Type of ventilation your room has

You don't have to answer them all, but the more you list, the more others here will be able to help. Also, if you're able to get a few detailed pictures of the symptoms, and the overall plant, it'll help a great deal.

Its my first time ever growing and i just thru a good seed into some soil...soil type unknown..Light is a 65w 130v grow n show. 6in. from the top.I also put a normal light bulb in there witch is 100wtts.. witch is at the bottum. 12/12 i didnt know what kinda nutrients to get so i just been useing plain water...i dont know how to check the PH LEVELS. the biggest set of leafs is only 3 what could that be from not using the nutriens?

First thing to do is switch out the 'normal' bulb for a CFL, which gives less heat and more useable light per watt.
You should be feeding a balanced, complete fertilizer after the plant grows 4-5 sets of adult leaves.
Knowing your soil type is important, because if it contains time-release fertilizer like many commercial potting soils do, you could encounter problems later.

A plant that size definitely needs more light. Up at the top of the page there's a Search feature, type CFL in there as a keyword and read, read, read! Most plants respond best to specific color spectrum's during the different stages of growth. Start there so you'll get an idea of what kinds of lighting you should invest in.

Stinky mentioned a balanced fertilizer, with an even NPK (i.e., 5-5-5) to try and get things sorted out. This isn't always ideal, and again will generally change depending on what stage of growth you're in, but your plant has some issues that need to be resolved if you expect to yield anything from it. If you're growing in soil, there are plenty of organic fertilizers that work really great... but you'll need to get a better understanding of the basics first, then worry about advanced methods of growing later. Here's a great place to start spending time: Grow FAQs (http://cannabis.com/growing/index.html).

When you've had your fill there, go back through many of the posts in the Growing forums. There's a ton of information for you to absorb there... so get started now, and you'll eventually gain a better grasp on the complexities involved in growing a good crop. Plus, you'll gain some really good insight into checking pH, making quality soil mixes, the various fertilizers on the market and what they're good for, and so on. Good luck.

I guess I should have been more specific. By 'balanced' I meant with nutes that are of the proper ratios for your plant. It is up to you, the grower, to read up on what a plant needs during its different life stages. Read the link in my siggy if you haven't yet.
