I NEVER EVER water epsom salts into the soil. Too much chance of locking out other nutes.
Instead, fill up a quart spray bottle with lukewarm tap water. Add a pinch or 2 of epsom salts. Swirl to dissolve, and add a drop of dish soap.
Mist lightly, not watering to the point of runoff.
Do this once or twice a day until you notice the symptoms of Mg def (regular, well-defined stripes between the veins) fading back to a healthy green.
Rose bushes like a few pinches of epsom salts sprinkled around the drip line to promote new shoots from the top of the graft.

One drop of dish soap in your spray bottle breaks surface tension so the spray 'sticks' more easily.
Not sweet green; rose, as in the thorny plant of the genus Rosa, most frequently seen in tattoo form adorning the inner thighs of aging female rock groupies.

Right.
I try not to give foliar sprays to the point of runoff, because while you might be adding one thing, you may also be leaching off another (N can be leached out by reverse-foliar feeding).
Don't you have a female in the nieghborhood who might have an empty hair spray bottle around? Just a pinch in a hair product sized bottle is fine. This is NOT an exact science lol!
