its been 37 days since i last smoked... i dont think i was a heavy smoker i smoked bout15 times over a 3 month span. im 6 ft 220 and am not really active i got a urine test comin up next week ? u think i should be fine ? for about 2 weeks after i stopped smokin i drank about 7 L of water a day and then i stopped . i hear it can stay in for up to 6 weeks which im almost there but i do have body fat... i think i am fine .. what do yall think

The best way to find out is to go to your local pharmacy and purchase a home test for about $10-15. Test with your FIRST pee of the morning for your own personal results beings it will be the diriest. If you pass that, then you are good to go. BUT....for the actual test you want to make sure it is NOT the first void of the day. Keep us posted please so that others can learn from your history.

I'm 6'2 230 pounds I smoked for 15 years 2-5 times daily. It took me 35 days till my home tests came clean. I took my ua after being clean for 49 days and passed. On the day of your test just drink 40 ounces of gatorade piss one or two times before the real deal, and piss midstream for the actual test. You should be fine. Get a home test and test yourself first. Good luck. I'm on day 79 of being clean and still going.
