indoor to outdoor to indoor

just wondering if im helping my plants by putting them outside during the veg cycle during the day then back into the light to finish the light time .
is this a no no ?
anyone have any thoughts on this, i dont see it hurting them seems to be helping ,but im wondering if im stressing them.

Stress is one thing. Photoperiod interruption is another. Introduction of pests into your indoor room is a third. Don't do it.
