Ok so I am SUUUPER lucky to be able to grow a purple kush female!!! I got the seed from a hydroponics shop manager. I convinced him to let me take the 1 and only seed he had.
So its currently about 18" tall and in a bubble bucket. It's been under 12/12 for 2 weeks and pistils appeared last week and this week it has focused more on the sourrounding bottom shoots.
So I took the very 2 bottom baby shoots for clones and put them in the bubble cloner, they have been in there for 5-7 days, I cant remember but still no roots on any of them.
I have 2 small air stones bubbling like crazy in a see through rubbermaid container with a white lid and with holes and 1/2 inch tubes.I have 10 clones total 8 ww and the 2 Purple kush and I REALLY WANT THESE TO ROOT!!!
Can anyone help me please! thanks!

Help you with what? It takes a minimum of 10 days to start to root clones. At 14 days it will look good. I think you may have taken your clones a little late though, they should have been taken during veg; we'll see.

Ya ok sorry then its just that everyone else is bragging about getting roots in 4-6 days using rockwool and a heating pad and some people are getting roots in 2-3 days with bubble cloners so when I try to clone it always takes me 10-12 days before I get stringy root growth so I guess I am just worrying too much about them. They are only 3-4 inch clones and I took them same time as i started 12/12 from the VERY BOTTTOM so that should be good.
I must say though, the purple kush plant ix EXTREMELY BEAUTIFUL!
It has HUGE fat leaves and perfect uniformity in growth , very cimetrical looking with a THICK top cluster of leaves and 7 lower good looking lower and middle shoots coming up. Those 2 clones I took from the bottom were 3-4 inches and underneath the really nuice foliage so I actually killed 2 birds with 1 stone because now I have 2 clones and I helped the plant!
WOOOO HOOOOO Can anyone share their comments or experience with this purple kush strain?
THANKS!

Can't share any growing experiences but I have been lucky enough to smoke purple kush. First time I rolled a nice joint with it, didn't break the weed up enough, it blew my head off and it tastes like...purple! :hippy:

I too am growing a purple kush plant at the moment. I got the seeds sent down from the bay and this shit is looking crazy. The plant grew like you stated above, fat leaves and perfectly symmetrical. So I am about half way through flowering and the shit is looking insanely potent. Even the fan leaves have crystals half way up the leaf. The only thing is the plant is super small. It really hasn't grown height wise much at all since I started flowering. The buds are fattening up though. This actually will work good for me in the future since I have a lot of space limitations in my little room. So I did take one clone that is off to a slow start but in general I feel this plant grows a little slower or not as vigerous as others. I will try to get some pics of it but camera doesn't do it justice.
