Nitrogen help

how do i get more Nitrogen in my soil for my plant??? please help

I use a fertilizer that contains Nitrogen.
You can also add guano to the soil, if its a soil grow.

I'm a Noob but thats what I do.

you can get earthworm poop at walmart and fish emulsion both are pretty quik at gettin the green back i think emulsion is the faster especially if foliar feed
