Both Plants Are 5 Days Old I Have Four 27W (400W) Lights On Them And I Have Two More Seeds In Germ
In The Grow Box It Is A Lot! More Brighter For Some Reason The Cam Made It Look Dark

Man, hang those lights like 2 inches above your plants. I don't know if your plant is stretching already or not, but either way having the lights closer will prevent further stretching.

If you can't movie them down, Stack books or something under them to get the plants to the necessary height and lower when needed

Depending on which turn female, 5,000 lumens per square foot or more for good results. I have about 280 watts for three plants and its working way better than I expected  Just give it some time and you should know if they like the amount of light :stoned:

those lights should do nicely for the 2 plants. but few things:
1) get the tips of the plants within 2-4 inches of the lights.
2) trim the rim of the containers to soil level, or it hampers airflow severely
3) make sure there are drainage holes at the bottom of the containers, or your gonna run into a bunch of issues later.

Do you have a fan in your box, or are you planning on installing one?

Put the lights closer to the tops of the plants but check the temps.where you place the lights.Make sure you got that fan on for them.Even though cfl's burn cooler it can still get kind of hot for them if you don't have a fan blowin'.Good Luck.
Also a fan lightly blowing on them should make the plant develop a strong stem, to keep them from falling, breaking or leaning once they get weight on them.

i couldnt help but notice that your lights look like they are 2700k.... for growth you are going to want 5600-6500 k CFL.
you will notice the differance.
