quest test w/quick fix

i have a test this saturday at QUEST DIAGNOSTICS. they will be doing the 6405N SAP 5-50 GC/MS. i know i am dirty with thc so i bought some QUICK FIX. i noticed a box on the custody and control form that says observed.

my questions. will quick fix work and do they watch over you at quest? will i be seen using this container out of my pants and not my penis? what does the numbers and letters in this test stand for?

Yes QF will work. If the box isn't checked it won't be observed. If its just a job UA it will not be observed. Normally you will be asked to remove everything from your pockets so its best to have in stashed in your shorts. Be sure and practice with it as much as possible before the UA to make sure you get the temp right.

cool. so should i just pretend to go throught the time process from heating it till i get to the lab to make sure the temp is good or are you talking about practicing getting it out?

is it ok to remove the syn pee into a cup and practice with water?

Yes QF works at Quest and I've done it 7 times.

They will not observe unless You give them reason too, but they will be right on top of that bathroom door so do not use the squirt top on QF as it can and will make a sucking noise.

They will check temp big-time so if too warm swirl and blow Gently. Each swirl and blow will drop about 1 degree.

If too cool I have rubbed My finger on My pants and made it hot and held it over the temp strip on the container. Do not push on the strip!!! Just cover it with Your warm finger.

I have never seen a Quest employee put the sample anywhere near there nose to smell it and it would be crazy or possibly against there company policy I would hope.

If You practice with QF and act like a normal person You will find them to be nice People. They have there job and You have Yours. Good luck and Please post the good news when You get it.:smokin::stoned:

Yeah just work on nuking it for 10 seconds and see how long it stays at temp in your crotch. And make sure it stays in place.
The QF can be reaheated lots of times without hurting it. The heat pad that comes with it can only be used once.

thanks for all the help people. i am a friggin basket case freakin out about this. cant sleep, cant eat. i have been flushing with water for the past 2 weeks trying to get myhself clean. unfortunately im not so i will be using qf. my own urine is getting kinda clear, what should i take to get some yellow back into it? i should pee some in the toilet correct?

Nope. The acceptable temperature range is 90-100 dg. The flow of urine coming from the human body cannot be expected to remain at 98 dg once it makes contact with a cold collection cup. Thats why theres a range.

Everybody goes through this on there first UA,expesially when subbing. Its enough to drive you to smoking killerweed.lol:jointsmile:

i spoke with hr lady who hired me on friday. she said i start monday. she didnt say if i passed or failed, just that i start monday.

i took the test last saturday. dont know if they send out samples on saturday or not. probably not on sunday. then monday was a holiday. are we still looking at enough time for them to get the results?

i am using my buddies urine who is clean and he is pissing in a shampoo bottle which I will crotch in to Labcorp, my main question is that if he pisses in it and 30 min later gives it to me, and I crotch it to go to take the test, will the temp drop a lot in the 30 min or would I be good with the body heat once I get it....or should i give him hand warmers to put on it till it gets to me? everything in here is about fake pee, just wondering if real pee cools quicker

You'll want to pickup a hand warmer.30 minutes not stored in the crotch and its going to be at room temp.
