I have been thinking about getting a small legit grow off the ground soon and have been checking out this site its nice to see how well everyone can do with a little effort I love weed and thinking growing make sense fiscally and quality wise. I see a lot of the same people posting on these ads with helpful answers, and I want someone that has a lot of experience growing and could answer a range of ?'s from lighting, Fert. to strains choice and seed banks.

I think I have decided to go with an organic Closet grow. I have space for a small top Clone/seedling/Veg. room, and bottom for Flowering room. I would like to discuss my plans and how I can do get the best quality Ganja.

Posting on here seems really slow if any experienced grows can chat via instant messenger or something faster that would be great

Well as a new grower myself, I will tell you what the pros told me: Don't buy designer Cannabis seeds for your first grow! Just imagine how crappy you would feel if you bought 10 seeds for $50, say 5 of which are female, and then they all died!

Just ask your dealer for some seeds, also there's a good chance that there will be some seeds in the next dub you buy.

first bit of advice........read as much of the good info as you can.....(knowledge is only useful if you pass it on).....there are some amazing growers on here who are willing to help if you dont ask the same questions that have already been answered in a thread...........

when you say you would like to grow 'organically'............does that mean you would just like to buy 'organic' fertilizers OR you want to work on actually FEEDING the soil instead of the plant with natural occurring nutrients and soil?

I want to use an organic medium and was planing on using organic fertilizers. I have also been looking at teas made with bat guano and things like that. I have to get my grow going one step at a time I plan to grow bag seeds first then later order some real seeds. I have seeds germinating now. I am going for maximum yield so could anyone tell me about how many plants or how big of a space a 250 Hps is good for. I either want to go with a 250 or 400.

If you are interested in using an organic medium, I highly suggest Fox Farms. Their address is FoxFarm Soil & Fertilizer Company (http://www.foxfarmfertilizer.com/)

For 250w HPS I believe that should be good for 1-2 plants.

...its nice to see how well everyone can do with a little effort

lollollololololol. Sorry, couldn't resist.

But seriously...when first starting out, it doesn't just take a "little effort", and it may just become "all consuming".
You'll need a plan of attack.
You'll need to read and retain shitloads of info.
You'll need to know the supplies and equipment you'll need, for the size grow you are planing on.
You'll need the means to get the right equipment and supplies.
You'll need a place to grow. (ie: your uptight parents attic is a bad place)
You'll need to learn the needs of the plant. (ph, lighting, ventilation, veg ferts, flowering ferts, micronutes...)
You'll need to learn to not tell anyone "about getting a small legit grow off the ground soon". Nobody but you should ever know. Regardless of how legit you think it is, feds can think differently.
You'll need to learn patience. There are some tricks to be learned along the way, but there are no shortcuts.
The search function at the top of the page works wonders.

Well, if you are going to make us guess, I'm out. You reluctance to spell-out what you are planning is rediculous. If afraid of letting us know what you want to do and how you want to do it, how are we to assist?
You are not the first to be skittish about laying out a plan, but you have really, three options:

Not too many folks around here would blindly jump into a PM exchange about growing cannabis, without first knowing that person. But, you can keep looking for a private tutor, in hopes one can read your mind, and offer advise accordingly.
-or-
you can read shitloads of growlogs and threads, in hopes of finding good info.
-or-
You can let us know what the plan is so we can help you thru the process of setting-up and maintaining your grow, to optimize your results.

If you really want some help, choose the bottom two, and learn some patience.

Organik: Nice to see you involved with our sport, but you'll want to gain some basic knowledge before offering advise.

Looking back at your last 7 posts, (your only 7 posts) yes, I stand-by what I said. Altho it's fun to jump right in, and offer advise...it's even more fun when you know what you are talking about.
For one thing, soil microbes (michorrizae) are not a soil buffer.

Here are some of the advise threads and helpful info you are spreading:

Stay with the fish emultion, if you dont have the money get a job.

Nice.

Before your next grow READ about organic growing Organic Gardener, Encyclopedia of organic gardenig, Web stuff that is real not commercial BS.
...Chemical Fertilizers are for those children of God who are misinfromed, stupid, ingnorant or evil.

Soil fungi (Mycilin or somthing like that) are your best friends adding them to your soil won't get you laid but at least your dirt will be fertile.
Obviously, you have some reading to do as well. Nothing in your posts gives the slightest hint that you have even read the cover pages of those books you mention.

You want to post bullshit, that's your problem. Just don't expect it to go unchallenged. A lot of folks are growing cannabis as a medical necessity, and they definately do not need the likes of you badgering them, and offering bogus advise, when you show that you have no clue as to the reasoning or techniques involved. There are some other cannabis sites out there that allow your kind to post bullshit, and belittle it's regular members. Perhaps you can educate others on one of those, while learning enough to eventually be helpful in here.
