A buddy of mine just rented a ranch in the middle of nowhere so we have the chance to do a descent set up. We've read a lot on the sealed room set up so we're thinking of that route. We have some parts together already- co2 generator, flip flop box, lights, ballasts, etc. A couple of parts we're stuck on are an air conditioner set up and to go with two small rooms or one big room. one room would require twice as much cooling (double the lights), but wouldn't have the added stuff a lung room in the middle. Mechanical dampers and what not.
We like the water cooled air conditioners but don't have a spring or other source of unlimited water. we were thinking of a water cooled ac in a closed loop with a 2000 gallon tank, a heat exchanger outside the room and maybe a chiller, don't know still trying to figure out the details.
Any body got some good experience.
We'll get the camera out this time and run updates.

do two rooms.
1 for veg and 1 for flowering

i would say it depends on how many harvests you want
if you just want one big crop go for one room
where as if u want multipul crops id go for the 2 or mayb even 4 rooms for more frequent harvests

These would both be flowering rooms no doubt. Got mother and clones already dialed in. Don't need frequency of crops looking for the best set up for this scenario. Anyone?

2 4 light rooms so that your electric draw and heat load in the house are constant.
And never discuss a commercial grow, especially one where you are renting a whole house for it, on the internet.
Do you have a source of female clones? If not, you WILL need a third room to house mothers and cuttings.
What size lights in the flower rooms? 36-49 plants under each HPS-1000, flowered as recently rooted cuttings with 1-3 weeks' veg time, in gallon pots in SOG, is the most efficient.
If you are running 600s, 25 or 36 plants per light.
