Hello everyone, I know veteran smokers at one point or another have reached a tolerance. I am at that point and I've reached this point two times before where I just ended up taking a break for 6 weeks or so. Came back and holy crap was it good again.

Anyways I'm on about to go on my 3rd break and was wondering if anyone knew how to detox your body from THC. I don't need to pass a drug test just want to clean up for awhile so I can come back strong.

From what I understand THC is a lipid and is stored within the lipid concentrations in the body. I've also heard that the tar in your lungs contains trace amounts of THC or nicotine if you smoke cigs too. And after some point in time of the healing process the tar breaks off lung tissue leaving scar tissue with residue THC or nicotine to be slowly reabsorbed to the body. So even after you quit and start cleaning your lungs out your still getting high!

The two other organs I'm thinking of is the liver and kidneys, is it possible to flush these organs and clean up more THC in your system?? Kidneys clean urinary fluids and the livers cleans all toxins in your body.

Anyone got any input or opinions?? I've heard of people taking activated charcoal pills while not smoking to detox. Anyone know if this works??

Again thanks for reading and for any input:angelsmiley::jointsmile:

Well... one thing i noticed during my breaks is when i burn fat i feel barely high again... so i think doing enough physical exercise would speed up the "detoxification"... probably due the release of THC during the fat burning... but it varies from person to person... like... im skinny and havent much fat to burn, so after 4-5 days without smoking my tolerance is pretty low again.

3 days should be enough.

you could do the naicin, but not as much as the people trying to pass drug tests, and do some exercise with that to help burn some of the fat off, in the mean time, i think charcoal pills may help, but i dont think the charcoal gets absorbed into the blood, so it would just clean your intestines, which may be a good thing too, but just sort of take a few days off, maybe take some low dose tylenol to help clear the brain maybe, i dont know, it may help

i believe thc is also absorbed by the fatty tissues in the brain

the thing with tolerence breaks is when you finish and start toking again you get really stoned the frist few times then after a week of toking its back up to how it was :(
