if by "tumors" your mean "cancer" then yes. all tobacco products cause that after long term use.

I just had a thought on this yesterday that brings a logical explanation for his belief. First of all, saying it "causes tumors" makes about as much sense as saying you'll "catch AIDS". I'll assume he meant "causes cancer".
Anyway, if this wrap is grape I'll assume it's purple. Purple would be a mix of red and blue colouring. Red dye often contains Monosodium Glutamate, which is carcinogenic. So yes, in theory it could cause cancer. But then so could red candies and chinese food, both of which have been linked to higher incidences of bowel cancer.

Also, in case you didn't know, you WILL suffer a brutal death just seconds after using a white lighter to toke up. I've seen it dude. White lighters are death.
Nah I'm just being a dick, don't believe everything you hear man, ESPECIALLY when you're high.

You didn't get tumors, did you? Did the guy refuse to take a hit off your tumor blunt? Ok, maybe the threat is not as dangerous as he made it sound.
But on the other hand, a grape-flavored tobacco leaf can't be the healthiest thing to smoke --- it would not be my first choice.

I just bought a pack of grape flavored HoneyTime cigarettes. Boy do I reget that now, they taste like crap! I'm putting them away in my "out of smokes and desperate" pile.

They get better with age, I'm sure. So by the time you are out of smokes and desparate, they'll be abosolutely delicious!
