whats up fellas....I was wondering, I have 6 plants in a 10 gallon rubbermaid and my question is say I have persay one male plant and the other 5 are female, is it okay just to cut the male at its base and leave its roots in the rubbermaid concidering they will be tangled up with the others or do they rot and cause bad things for the other 5 plants?

The cut pants roots will rot and kill the other 5 .
Rule no. 1 in hydro = 1 plant per container unless using clones or feminised seeds .

These on top of a 5 gal. bucket and you can make individual bubblers.
They come in 10 inch too.
