So I bought this 2 ft fluoro from Home Dpot. Made by Lithonia, a wrap around plastic which i dont keep the plastic, came with it. I went and got an under kitchen light that turns on instantly when i put it in the ballast. But this other 2 ft Cool White bulb with a plastic guard around it for shattering, will not work. I'm so mad cause I dont know why the f it wont turn on.
